"T**he Educator's Paradox**: Maintaining Optimism While Facing Industry Realities," exploring the emotional labor of teaching hope, opportunities, and navigating the journey.

August is here and with it comes our next meetup on the 20th. Super excited to announce **Sushumna (Sush) C**, Assistant Professor at Deakin University, will be presenting "T**he Educator's Paradox**: Maintaining Optimism While Facing Industry Realities," exploring the emotional labor of teaching hope, opportunities, and navigating the journey."

**Sush C** has over 12 years of UX experience across diverse domains and complex projects globally. Currently navigating the competitive job market while teaching the next generation of designers.

Event will start at 5:30pm with Pizza, Drinks and networking with the panel starting at 6pm.
