Its March which means we have our first EUXCBR for 2025 coming up very soon. We are planning to speak about a Service Design Case Study with the NSW SES. We would also like to discuss with you our plans for EUXCBR this year, what works, topics you are interested in and our approach for 2025!
"How cross functional workshops can provide cohesive and validated deliverables." Adam will be sharing how research across internal stakeholders and NSW SES volunteers led to the development of service design blueprints that have been critical artefacts for the NSW SES.
Adam Faulkner was a qualified pharmaceutical scientist who’d found his way into product design.
Adam observed research and testing sessions through the eyes of a scientist, and saw a process lacking in objectivity and statistical significance which led him to establish blueegg 11 years ago.
Adam has been involved with a number of start-ups and bluechip Australian companies focused in a diverse range of industries including but limited to Fintech, Science, FMCG, Tertiary Education and Agritech as well as Federal and State Government Agencies.
