Improve your research facilitation, tagging and synthesis skills

We will be running a workshop on ‘Research Facilitation, Tagging and Synthesis‘ as part of the UX Australia Conference 2022.

Having a solid foundation and approach for your research improves the outcomes for your users. Without having a clear approach and robust insights, designs will not be in line with user needs or expectations leading to a disappointing user experience.

This workshop is designed to help you to improve how you manage and translate research into evidenced-based design by focusing on:

• Passive and Active listening Techniques
• Interview Facilitation
• Tagging Taxonomy and Workflow
• Research Synthesis

This will be a workshop including real-life case studies, recommended tools, and templates for you to use in your own research.
