Excited to be starting the year with Frances Siasat (Head of Digital Product and Agility) and Rohan Irvine (Research Operations Principal) from TPG Telecom who will be talking on "Scaling UX in Enterprise: Navigating transformation amidst organisational change."
They will be drawing from their experiences across different workplaces and the unique challenges enterprise presents having to re-build, re-skill and re-mature product, design and research practices in the midst of transformation.
Rohan is a researcher with nine years industry experience, a background in behavioural science, and a love of research operations born from an inquisitive research philosophy and lots of tinkering.
Francis is a Digital Product specialist with over 15 years experience in telecommunications leading product and transformation from his beginnings as a Customer Experience Consultant.
